Ashley Goodroe began her real estate career in 2005 and recently joined eXp Realty, the fastest growing Real Estate firm nationwide. Ashley is an Associate Broker who specializes in sales and leasing of Commercial Real Estate throughout east Georgia and surrounding areas.
She prides herself in making sure her clients understand the complex commercial sales and leasing process as well as assisting them in making positive decisions for their business and investment needs. She holds her CCIM designation, which is the most highly regarded designation for commercial agents internationally. The CCIM program is an educational, experience, and volume driven designation that is only held by the top 6% of the commercial agents and recognizes proven experts in the commercial real estate and investment disciplines. She also holds the Accredited Land Consultant designation, which requires successful completion of a rigorous education program and a proven track record of transaction performance regarding land sales.
Ashley is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Realtors Land Institute, the Lake Country Board of Realtors, where she serves as the 2018 President of the Board of Directors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. She is also a member of the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association and the Greene County Chamber of Commerce. She was voted the 2017 Realtor of the Year for Lake Country Board of Realtors and was nominated in 2018 for the Georgia Association Realtor of the Year.
Prior to working with eXp Realty, Ashley worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial Lake Country, where she was the top producing Commercial Sales and Leasing agent. Ashley was a contractor with S&K Development from 2006-2010, where she managed over 300,000 square feet of commercial condominiums, townhouses and shopping centers, including Spotlight Theatre at Lake Oconee. She also gained management experience while working for Reynolds American Properties managing the grounds of their commercial property owners association, Lake Oconee Village, which encompasses 609 acres of property along Highway 44.
